Community Pharmacy Foundation
The Community Pharmacy Foundation invites applicants to consider the matching grant
approach to pursue funding support.
If your project has received start-up funding from another foundation for which your initial work justifies expanded research
that exceeds the allocation limits of that foundation, then the Community Pharmacy Foundation may be approached to co-fund such
an expanded endeavor. Of course such research must be consistent with the CPF Mission Statement and must focus on community
pharmacy practice. To pursue this objective a Center for Community Pharmacy Practice (CCPP), a entity recognized by the IRS as
a "501c3" foundation, was established by the Community Pharmacy Foundation. The CENTER works with persons who have matching
funds or can pursue matching funds with another 501c3 foundation in areas directly related to community pharmacy practice and
patient care. Examples include projects/studies related to disease state managment programs involving pharmacists and health
plans, or medication therapy management services provided by community pharmacists.
Contact us for further information about the matching grants program and the Center for Community Pharmacy Practice.
