Grant Assistance Program
The Grant Assistance Program or “GAP” was designed by the Community Pharmacy Foundation in cooperation with the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). It is established to assist the busy practicing community pharmacist with both the process and the format for preparation of a Grant Application to the Community Pharmacy Foundation. The GAP counselor, while they don’t write the grant document(s) for you, will nevertheless be of significant assistance to guide you through the process and to assist in developing your Grant Proposal.
While neither the process nor the Grant Proposal preparation criteria are difficult they may seem overbearing to someone pursuing a grant-funded project for the first time. Accordingly the Grant Assistance Program should serve as a valuable resource to you.
You bring forward the idea for a project or study to conduct in your community pharmacy and the NCPA counselor is available to assist you with the next step.
